好多客户，购买空间和域名后却不知道该怎么备案域名，或者域名备案中遇到好多问题不太明白，所以我就抽空写了个备案的流程，希望对备案新手能有个帮助，同时希望版主给加个精哦。

1、打开：http://www.miibeian.gov.cn  《信息产业部ICP/IP地址信息备案管理系统》

2、点击注册一个备案管理用户名,如下图：

这里要注意：必需填写真实有效的手机号码、电子邮件帐号，否则将无法通过身份验证。


3、注册成功后，返回首页进行登录。

常见的一几个选项说明：
1) 主办单位名称：个人请填写自己的姓名
2) 主办单位有效证件号码：身份证号、军官证、驾驶证等有效证件号码
3) 网站负责人EMAIL地址：您的有效邮箱地址
4) 所属接入服务提供者：例如是杭州世导机房的，在中间操作下面输入“杭州世导”，然后搜索选择“杭州世导科技有限公司”，添加。
5) 网站接入方式：点浏览选择“虚拟主机”（这些是根据您所使用服务器实际情况填写的）
6) 服务器放置地点：点浏览选择“浙江ZJ”（这些是根据您所使用服务器实际情况填写的）
7) 是否仅通过IP访问：否
8) 网站域名列表：输入您想要备案的域名地址
9) 是否动态IP：选择静态
10) 开设栏目是否涉及前置审批或专项审批内容：切记要选择“其它”，非经营性的只能选择这个，选择其他的是通不过的哦。

7、好了，都填完了，那我们提交吧。

如果在ICP备案时两次收不到手机上的验证码短信，请按以下方法进行备案：

1、登陆国家信息产业部网站：（http://www.miibeian.gov.cn/）
2、注册用户名：（注册完了后只收到邮件的验证码，而没有收到手机上的验证码）

3、退回国家信息产业部网站（http://www.miibeian.gov.cn/）主页

4、输入用户名、密码、验证码后点击登陆

5、此时网站上再次提示需输入“手机验证码”和“邮箱验证码”----请不要输入。

6、在地址栏里（即IE浏览器中）输入http://www.miibeian.gov.cn/index_icp.jsp

7、回车

8、进行备案吧

特别提醒：您必须要用一个能收到邮件验证码的邮箱进行申请，如收不到请更换邮箱，直到收到为止。因为以后是否通过备案审批，信息产信部都将以邮件的形式通知您！
